EASYTRIP INDIA – CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No Refund Policy
•All bookings made with EasyTrip India are non-refundable.
•Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Request Window
•Guests may request cancellation only if submitted at least 15 days before the travel date.
•Submission of a cancellation request does not qualify for any refund.
3. No-Show & Late Cancellation
•No-show or cancellation within 15 days of the travel date will result in full charges with no refund.
4. Flights / Hotels / Transport
•Airlines, hotels, transport operators and activity vendors follow their own independent policies, which may also be non-refundable.
•EasyTrip India is not responsible for any deductions or charges applied by third-party vendors.
5. Natural Causes / Delays
No refund will be provided in case of:
•Weather issues
•Road closures
•Natural calamities
•Political situations
•Operational or technical delays
•Closure of sightseeing points or attractions

1. Payment Terms
•Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
•The remaining amount must be cleared before the start of the trip.
•Delay in payment may lead to cancellation with no refund.
2. Guest Information
•Guests must provide accurate name, age and ID details.
•Any issue due to incorrect information will be the guest’s responsibility.
3. Transport & Itinerary
•Vehicle and driver allocation depends on availability.
•Itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, safety or operational reasons.
•No refund is applicable for itinerary changes.
4. Hotel Policies
•All hotel bookings are subject to availability.
•If the chosen hotel or room category is unavailable, a similar category will be provided.
•No refund will be given for alternate hotel arrangements.
5. Force Majeure
EasyTrip India is not liable for interruptions caused by:
•Natural disasters
•Weather conditions
•Traffic issues
•Political disturbances
•Flight/train/bus delays
•Closure of monuments or tourist points
No refund or compensation will be provided.
6. Acceptance
By proceeding with the booking and payment, the guest agrees to:
